Shipping Policy

PartsMunk ships to all addresses in the continental United States. We do not ship to PO Boxes, US territories, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations. A valid physical street address is required for all orders.

Order Processing

Most orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days after payment is confirmed. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. Orders placed after 3:00 PM EST may begin processing the following business day. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order ships.

Shipping Methods and Transit Times

  • Standard Ground Shipping: 3 to 7 business days after dispatch
  • Expedited Shipping: 2 to 3 business days after dispatch (where available)
  • Freight / LTL Shipping: 5 to 10 business days after dispatch (required for oversized items — see below)

Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. PartsMunk is not responsible for delays due to weather, carrier issues, or circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and delivery destination of your order. Oversized or heavy parts — such as engines, transmissions, body panels, lift kits, and wheel-and-tire packages — may require freight (LTL) shipping and incur additional charges. All charges are shown at checkout before your purchase is complete.

Freight and Oversized Item Deliveries

Oversized shipments over 150 pounds or exceeding standard carrier dimensions ship via LTL freight. Freight deliveries:

  • Require a scheduled delivery appointment coordinated between you and the carrier
  • Are curbside only — the driver is not required to bring the item onto your property
  • Must be inspected at the time of delivery before you sign the delivery receipt
  • Note any visible damage on the delivery receipt before signing. Signing without noting damage limits your ability to file a freight claim

Multiple Shipments

Because orders are fulfilled from multiple warehouse locations across the United States, your order may ship in multiple packages from different origins. You will receive a separate tracking number for each shipment at no additional charge.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Please allow 24 to 48 hours for tracking information to update after you receive your confirmation email.

Backorders and Product Availability

Our catalog is synced with multiple distribution partners, and inventory can change quickly. In rare cases, an item may become unavailable after your order is placed. If that happens, we will contact you within 1 business day to offer one of the following:

  • Wait for restock with an estimated availability date
  • Substitute with an equivalent part at the same or lower price
  • Receive a full refund to your original payment method

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled at no charge any time before shipment. Once your order has shipped, cancellation is no longer possible and the order is subject to our Refund Policy. To cancel an order that has not yet shipped, email support@partsmunk.com with your order number as soon as possible.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Packages returned to us or forwarded due to incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable addresses are the customer's responsibility. Reshipment charges will apply.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged, photograph the packaging and parts immediately and contact us at support@partsmunk.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos. Damage not reported within this window may not be eligible for a claim.

If your tracking shows delivered but you did not receive your package, contact us within 60 days of your shipping confirmation email and we will file a carrier claim on your behalf.
