Regulatory Compliance

Certain products sold through PartsMunk are subject to federal, state, and local regulations. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that any product purchased is legal for use in their jurisdiction and for their intended application.

California Air Resources Board (CARB)

Some products may not be legal for sale or use in California or may not comply with California Air Resources Board emissions regulations. Such products are clearly marked where applicable.

Environmental Protection Agency (EPA)

Typographical and Pricing Errors
