Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, photograph the packaging and parts immediately and contact us within 48 hours of delivery. If tracking shows delivered but you did not receive the package, contact us within 60 days of your shipping confirmation. See our Shipping Policy for full details.
